Who the controller is

SS Soluções is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, under Brazil's Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD). For anything related to this policy, including the requests described below, write to contato@ss-solucoes.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form, and only when you send it:

• your name
• your email address
• the subject
• the message you write
• the language the site was in, and the date and time you sent it

There is no sign-up, no visitor login, and no other form anywhere on this site.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies on any public page, loads no third-party scripts, and carries no analytics tool, advertising pixel, or social button that tracks you. Fonts are served by the site itself rather than by an external provider - simply opening the page sends no request of yours to anyone else. See the Cookie Policy for the detail.

Your IP address is read at the moment you submit the form, solely to limit automated submissions. It is held in memory for the length of that count; it is never written to the database and never attached to your message.

Why we process it

To read and answer what you wrote, and to carry on the conversation you started. The legal basis is preliminary steps taken at the data subject's own request (art. 7, V of the LGPD) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in keeping a record of the enquiries we receive (art. 7, IX).

We do not use your information for advertising, we build no behavioural profile, and we send no bulk mail to people who did not ask for it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Your information is read by the people at SS Soluções responsible for answering you, and is stored on the infrastructure that hosts this site - application server, database and file storage - engaged as processors and contractually bound to handle the data only on our instructions.

We may also disclose data under a court order or a legal obligation, and will tell you when the law allows us to.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you and to follow up on whatever began with them, and for any period the law requires us to observe. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us to delete them sooner, at any time, and we will unless we are legally required to keep the record.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right to:

• confirm that processing exists, and access the data
• correct data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date
• request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully
• request portability to another provider
• know who we have shared your data with
• withdraw consent, where processing rests on it
• object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest

To exercise any of these, write to contato@ss-solucoes.com. We answer within the statutory period, and may ask for information confirming you are who you say you are - which is a protection for you, not an obstacle.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, the administration panel requires authentication, and the messages received are visible only to whoever holds that credential. No measure removes risk entirely: should a security incident carry material risk to you, we will notify both you and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority, as the law requires.

Children

This site addresses companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If that happens by mistake, write to contato@ss-solucoes.com and we will delete the record.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Changes that materially affect how we handle your data will be announced on the site itself.
